Classic cylindrical form with domed-pedestal top. This object's surface is heavily penetrated by round holes of varying sizes. Irregular voids created by interwoven latticework further modulate an active surface, some of which is filled by a relatively heavy glaze coating. While this piece would be at home indoors or out, our preference would be placement as a hanging object in the garden or on/near a patio.

Mottled light blue glaze on a rich, chocolate-brown stoneware.
